Description
F Winkle & Co started in 1885, this was made before 1891, when the tariff reform act came into play. It's unique feature is that it has been broken and repaired in the museum style, so that none of the damage is hidden. It is now remarkably stable. The pattern is called Rhos.
Made at the Colonial Pottery Stoke on Trent, England between 1885 and 1890.
It is dirty I have left it as I found it, if you would like it cleaned please ask.

It has been broken and put back together with great skill. No chips to the rim gilding is good, it looks like this was new when broken. Fascinated me!
