Statement cocktail ring handmade to a design by Patricia using a facetted oval aquamarine and 10 diamonds, each 1.5mm in size. The aquamarine is 6.10 carats. Hand-engraved finish. Complete with all the paperwork and original drawings. Original invoice indicating that clients’ own aquamarine was used.
