French Brass & Leather Dog Collar - Achille Erculisse - La Bouvrie - 19th Century

This large antique French dog collar which is made of brass dates from the 19th century. This handsome collar has a leather lining which is in very good condition, a padlock, ring and an engraving that reads Achille Erculisse. La Bouvrie. The padlock opens by using it's key which is included and the collar is adjustable. A very nice unusual antique example in great condition which still retains its inner leather lining, padlock and key. Materials: Brass. Leather. Date: 19th century.
