French Leather Armchair / Club Chair

A very handsome and early French Leather armchair with striking double studding to the perimeters. A lovely example, with a plump feather cushion in faded brown velvet, and a beautiful colour and patination to the leather. It has been re-seated by my upholsterer to ensure a very comfortable chair, and a couple of very minor repairs to the outside faces have been attended to, so now in super shape. It’s one of the best models, with a good scale, and although a relatively small footprint, still a nice generous seat. There are a few minor marks to the velvet, and light wear consistent with age, but my upholsterer can happily re-cover in a fabric of your choice at cost. The seat height is approximately 43cm. H: 86cm x W: 67cm x D: 80cm
