The bureau stands on bracket feet. The interior has the well that has a slide that opens for full storage inside. It has the stepped interior with multiple drawers. There is a receipt that comes with this bureau of when it was purchased from an antique shop in 1911 for £25, an incredible amount of money at the time, imagine how much that would be today!
