Description
18th Century George III antique Inlaid mahogany secretaire bookcase in original condition. It is surmounted by a moulded and dentil cornice, the glazed upper bookcase section with boxwood-inlaid, shaped bars and opening to three moulded-front adjustable bookshelves. The base in beautiful figured Spanish mahogany with secretaire drawer with pigeonholes, cupboards and inlaid drawers and a green baize writing surface above three long drawers all with original locks and cast brass loop handles above a shaped inlaid skirt and bracket feet.
