Description
A very good quality Georgian 3 part Silver egg shaped Nutmeg Grater hallmarked for Birmingham 1791 from one of the best makers Samuel Meriton II.
Measuring 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm and weighing 8.9 grams.
In very good antique condition for its 230+ years, hallmarks are good, screws shuts well, some small dings and marks throughout , surface scratches, all commensurate of age and use. A beautiful period piece.
