A beautiful Leather cased Georgian Silver folding Campaign knife and fork with mother of Pearl handles. The hallmarks showing lion passant and George’s head facing to the right. c.1820. The fork is 148mm. In length when open and 82mm. When closed. The knife is 148mm. When opened in length and 82mm. When closed.

condition

The silver and mother of Pearl in good condition with no cracks, chips or repairs. The hinges are solid and both knife and fork open and closes firmly. The leather case shows signs of general wear and tear with scuffs. The top section has part of the leather lifted but still attached. Likewise the bottom section of leather has lifted but is still attaches. In original contact.
