Georgian Mahogany Sideboard, English

This is a most attractive and useful antique English antique Georgian sideboard having plenty of cutlery storage and a wine drawer. There is a cutlery drawer on the top left hand side, with a hinged drawer below. A large central drawer, and a double drinks drawer for bottles on the right hand side The Satinwood cross- banding and marquetry shells and inlays are a superb feature. The drawer handles we think are an ancient replacement from Mid 19th century. This delightful sideboard has six sturdy legs, repair free and nicely inlaid with stringing and shell motif. All the drawers run smoothly and have working locks and keys.
