This is a fine, good quality, large Japanese Imari Charger in perfect condition dating from around 1850. The charger is beautifully hand painted in typical Imari ironstone and cobalt blue with lovely gilded panel detail. This is in excellent original condition with no damage or restoration and is fully signed to the reverse by the artist. It has a practical wire cage hanger that allows safe wall hanging of the piece. The charger measures 47 cms in diameter.
