Description
A very good George IV period rosewood open bookcase, or chiffonier. Well constructed in solid mahogany and pine with attractive rosewood veneers. Of inverse break fronted form with a varigated rouge marble top. With a pair of cupboards (lockable, key supplied) flanking a central open section. All shelves are adjustable. Decorated with roundels to the freeze and the cupboard doors inset with original embroidered tapestry panels.
