A stunning silver Monteith style rose bowl hallmarked for London 1902 maker William Hutton & Sons. Weight 34 oz 1073 grams. Beautiful applied and embossed decoration, two oval cartouche one with a crest and Latin motto Aperto Vivere Voto "To Live life as an open book". Lions mask handles on each side and a fluted decoration to the body and a shaped rim. Stands on a raised circular foot.
