Hand Bag Powder Compact Vanity Case Minaudiere Carryall Suede Vintage French 1940s

On offer is this vintage circa 1940 French hand bag with powder compact measuring 10 cm in height (excluding the carry handle) and the purse is approx. 13 cm by 13 cm at the widest points. This purse is made of black suede with gold metal beading and clear jewel decoration. It has a pull down catch and opens to reveal a black moire' silk interior. The purse has double access and concealed within the top is an unused powder compact with clear and reflective glass mirror under the lid and retaining the original sifter. This fabulous vintage fashion accessory is offered in very good condition with only a little wear to the suede along the back bottom edge as pictured. Thank you for looking.
