Interesting Edwardian 11 Drawer Oak Science School Cabinet c.1910

An interesting early 20th Century educational piece with 9 drawers hidden behind those oak panelled doors. A rather good looking cabinet of solid English oak of narrower proportions than many, with decent sized drawers to the top and 9 smaller ones internally. This one could easily fit into a hallway or kitchen and survives in nice aged condition. We have the original brass handles inside and outside with solid oak throughout. We have attractive reeded sides to the front, a nice deep plinth and attractive panels to the doors. Condition as mentioned is good, the piece sits firm, is rather weighty with no wobbles, the original handles are in place, all drawers are running well and the piece is clean inside and out. We have historic wear and marks to the top but nothing new. Ready to place with plenty of storage space. A well proportioned piece of English furniture c.1910.
