An interesting set of twelve Welsh Slate Hard-Carved plaques each depicting and illustrating months of the year. Each month is inscribed in the Welsh Language and portrays various scenes in a charming naive style. All are mounted onto identical burgundy velvet with ebonised frames. In excellent condition and with no chips or cracks – They would make a real statement displayed on a wall together.
