A beautifully carved Italian alabaster sculpture of a female signed in the alabaster Pugi. Gugielmo Pugi (1850- 1915) born in Fiesole a small town close to Florence. He was a highly regarded and skilled sculptor who specialised in female figures and busts. This Italian alabaster sculpture is in very good condition with lovely detail.
