A Jacobean Carved Oak Refectory Table. This wonderful piece of furniture dates from the reign of James 1st (1567-1625). It has a lunette carved frieze below the top and stands on bolster legs with carved leaf decoration on block feet, with stability provided by two stretchers.
Perfect for a large kitchen, dining room or entrance hall and will seat 6–8 people comfortably.
In original condition with solid joints and with signs of wear and tear as would be expected with age and use.
