A beautiful sterling silver brooch by John Atkins & Son. This delightful brooch in the form of a butterfly has vibrant green enamelled wings accented with red dots and a subtle lilac enamelled body. This elegant brooch is fully marked sterling silver, John Atkins & Son makers mark and the numbers 1086. It dates to circa 1920.
The condition is excellent. There is a slight rub/loss on the lilac enamel on the body of the butterfly (please examine the pictures carefully) but there is no damage/loss on the wings.
