This is a fine John Rose Coalport porcelain circular tea plate with a deep mazarine blue ground with shaped reserves painted with floral sprays in bright enamels and ornate gilt decoration. Unmarked, c.1820.

In good condition: it has had a small, neat repair at the rim, please see the final photographs. No other damage, repair or restoration and very minor handling wear, mainly just to the gilt on the rim.
