Description
This is a pretty 18th Century (c.1760) antique bow porcelain pickle dish in the shape of a vine leaf painted with an uncommon floral pattern with feathered edge. Unmarked.
measurements
It measures 9.4cm (3 11/16") by 7.5cm (3") wide and 2.5cm (1") high.
declaration
The Fancy Fox has clarified that the Rare Bow Porcelain Floral Leaf Shape Pickle Dish c.1760 (LA497196) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being c.1760
condition
In very good condition, a small loss to one of the serrations on the top edge has been colour touched in and there are a few small nicks to the serrations elsewhere. No other damage, repair or restoration.
