This novelty solid silver spirit tot measure which is by Chester Silversmith Charles Horner Ltd is crafted to look like a large sewing thimble and engraved with the wording Just A Thimbleful above the beautiful dimpled body. This stylish drinks jigger cup is fully hallmarked for Chester 1948, the inside is beautifully gilded and will serve a 1 oz shot. A very nice and sought after vintage piece in excellent condition that will make a fun addition for a home bar. Material: Solid Silver. Date: 1948. Hallmark: Lion for sterling silver. Chester.
