Description
Beautifully decorated and aged, large Japanese bronze jardinière. Footed lobed body with collar rim. Applied decoration of birds amongst flowering cherry branches over water. Stunning Verdigris patination emphasising relief decoration. Verdigris to base and internally.
The jardinière measures 22 cm in height, maximum width is approximately 31 cm. Internal diameter at rim is 26 cm. A very lovely decorative piece.

This jardiniere is in excellent condition commensurate with age. No dents or repairs. Gorgeous untouched, aged patina. Very tiny 'pin-prick' which is difficult to see and is 7 cm from the rim - not affecting either its use or appeal. Please see images as these form an important part of the description.
