A very good Edwardian period twin pillar mahogany dining table. Of fine construction in the Regency style. With D-ends and 2 leaf insertions. The top in lovely figured mahogany with cross banding add an inlaid line of boxwood. The twin pillars are of splayed leg form and terminate in their original solid brass caps and castors. Each of the 2 leafs is of different sizes (one is 36.5cms wide , the other 62cms) such that the table can be assembled to a range of different lengths depending on which leaf, and how many are inserted. The table will seat upto 8 people. Sympathetically polished and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in very good condition, with a good colour and patina. Splits into sections for ease of installation. Chairs not included and only shown for illustrative purposes.
