This exceptionally large cameo, measuring an impressive 8cm x 5cm (3" x 2"), depicts Nike in flowing classical robes, executed with remarkable detail and artistry. The warm-toned shell is mounted in a vermeil (gold plated) frame embellished with graceful scrollwork. A safety chain offers added security when worn.
