Large Vintage Japanese Room Divider Screen Paper and Wood

Condition is fair: structurally the wooden frames are fine but the paper has got quite a few issues, mostly on the back where the end panels have a section of lost paper at the base. we've trimmed it straight and you can see various layers of different paper with writing on. It's actually quite interesting to see the inner workings but I know, a bit of a stretch to call it a feature.. There are a few other bashes on the back. The front has fared a lot better and any blemishes are pretty minor. I'm not quite sure how the panels are hinged; they may just be held together with the paper. They're mostly ok but one or two are quite delicate, or even not connected in one place. But you can still fold it all up well enough. Perhaps this will be mounted on a wall anyway which makes it a moot point. It's a fantastic piece and we've priced it according to the condition.
