Late 18th Century Georgian Plate Bucket

A wonderful George III mahogany plate bucket or pail, this still has a function for clearing a large table in a contemporary home, but with its later tole liner will equally well serve as a log or firewood container. - Brass fittings and handle. - Later metal liner. - Side opening for stacking plates. - Written label on the bottom says "Ash Park Surrey". - Marking on wood of base "WV7 3JA". In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use.
