Limit Wrist Watch 1968 Men's 21J Stainless Steel Case Original Box & Receipt Fwo

Gentleman's high grade 21 jewel Vintage 'Limit' wrist watch (manual wind) original box and receipt. C ~ 1968. Serviced and full working order - keeps excellent time. Wonderful deep golden ivory slightly textured sunburst dial with raised gold baton markers. Clearly signed in black fancy script; LIMIT OF SWITZERLAND 21 JEWELS INCABLOC and signed in black arched script to base of dial; SWISS MADE. Original silver 'dagger' hour and minute hands and silver sweep hand. Date window at the 3 position. Original cyclops crystal. Full stainless steel chunky case wears big and measures 3.5cm width (excluding the crown) and 4.3cm lug to lug. Clearly stamped to the back cover; SWISS MADE ANTIMAGNETIC INCABLOC WATERPROOF (would avoid water now due to age), STAINLESS STEEL and is numbered to centre; 35049. Beautiful 'fish scale' engine turning to the inside of the back cover and carries three old service marks (certainly looks to have been very well maintained). High grade lever movement which is stamped to the top plates; SWISS 21 JEWELS and is numbered to the bottom plate (under the balance assembly); 2409. Balance action is superb in all positions. Original crown. Lovely 'old boy' with just a little bit of overall patina and surface scratches commensurate with age. Complete with the original camel coloured hard cased presentation/display box and original purchase receipt which is dated; 22nd April 1968. Fitted with a stainless steel expandable Fixo-Flex strap which he came with. Will be delivered securely and safely packed.
