This is a fantastic restored example of a 1900's authentic and genuine railway clock with documented provenance to Brightlingsea Swingbridge hut. The case has GER stamped into the back, Great Eastern Railways morphed into LNER hence the repainted dial which is in fantastic condition and complimented by original hands. The ten inch diameter oak case has been restored and bears the original ivorine railway plaque as well as the number 4134 etched into the case inner behind the dial. The movement has just been stripped and serviced and is a traditional Seth Thomas example of a fine thirty hour piece. With the original stabiliser at the bottom of the case finishing off this exciting piece you will do well to find another one like this let alone in as good a condition. Every piece of mine has been restored by hand by me and comes with a two year guarantee. I ship across the UK and am happy to answer any questions you may have so feel free to get in touch.

I can post within the UK safely so please ask for a quote or the clock can be collected from Gloucester/Tewkesbury; I can also deliver regionally/nationally and set the clock up. All antique clocks require delicate handling and specific setting up so it is far better for a dealer to meet a client and talk them through the process, or set the clock up for them, rather than leave the client struggling at the other end on their own.
