The rectangular top is finished with a decorative faux marble surface, giving the appearance of stone while providing a practical and durable finish. The table features three drawers to the front, fitted with decorative brass handles and escutcheon, offering useful storage while maintaining pleasing proportions. The walnut veneers display a warm tone and attractive figuring with a good mellow patina. Raised on elegant turned legs united by a shaped cross stretcher, the table has a refined and balanced form inspired by early 18th century Queen Anne furniture.
