Description
This is a late 19th century mahogany kneehole desk. The desk has an arrangement of eleven drawers with a central kneehole. The desk is of panelled construction, having two panels to each end and three panels to the rear. The top is fitted with a replacement green and gilt tooled leather writing surface. This desk is constructed as one piece and does not come apart for ease of movement. The drawers are fitted with a key.
