Mahogany & Satinwood Mantel Clock (England & France, c.1905)
An attractive mahogany and satinwood inlay mantel clock dating to the Edwardian period. It has a break arch top, with a brass carrying handle, brass finials and side columns and ogee bracket feet. The case has satinwood chevron stringing and inlay. The two piece dial has an enamel chapter ring and fleur de lis hands. It has a French 8 day movement that strikes the hours and halves on a gong and is stamped with a 1900 gold medal logo.
