This delightful and unusual shaped cabinet is of the finest form with a superb colour and crisp carvings. The serpentine rectangular top having a flame mahogany veneer enclosed by a crossbanding with carved edge over very finely carved frieze. Below which are two shaped mahogany lined drawers with original brass handles surrounded by floral carvings which are flanking a finely carved central shaped door. Beneath each drawer are two faux drawers which open to reveal a shelved storage space as per the central door. Raised on fabulously carved acanthus fretted rams head legs with floral wreath the two central legs being fluted with all terminating on hairy paw feet.
An extremely decorative and superb quality mahogany cabinet of great proportions which has been fully restored in excellent condition using traditional methods retaining a fine warm colour.
