A wonderfully hand painted pair of Mason's ironstone large plates or chargers in a beautiful Japanese style Imari pattern with deep blue, reds and gilt colours depicting exotic flowers to centre of bowl. On the reverse the factory mark dates them to first half of the 19th Century, c1825-1830.
Good antique condition, no chips, no cracks and no repairs, expected signs of age and wear with minor losses to decorations and light discrete blemishes, some from manufacture, please check detailed photos provided as they form part of item's description.
Approximately 26.5cm in diameter, height to rim is 2.5cm and, weighs 725g and 800g.
