Our main area of expertise are Clocks and Watches. We offer a servicing, repair, and restoration service for antique and vintage clocks and watches. Every clock that is sold by us has been completely stripped down and each component cleaned and inspected (repaired where necessary) prior to rebuild and testing, all carried out in our well equipped workshop based in Rugby Warwickshire.

Description
For sale is a Mitchells & Butlers Brewery Chain driven fusee mantel clock manufactured by W.F.Evans and Sons Soho Clock Factory Birmingham.
The movement dates from circa 1880 and has been completely stripped down, each component has been cleaned and inspected prior to rebuild.
It has been tested and keeps good time. The movement is in very good condition for its age.
The case has been lightly sanded to get rid of the old dirty varnish. It has been finished with 2 coats of danish oil and a coat of clear varnish.
