A good example of a high quality polished Belgium slate bell striking mantel clock with a visible Brocot escapement. The rectangular case has grey variegated marble sides and an engraved molding front. It has a thick bevel edge glass in a brass bezel and a two piece enamel dial that exposes the working visible Brocot escapement.
