Mid Century Modern Coat Stand Hall Stand 1962

K0647 An elegant and well preserved mid century coat and umbrella stand in solid mahogany. This striking hall stand features its four original hat and coat hooks arranged above four integrated umbrella compartments. The architectural structure is supported by four robust mahogany uprights, terminating in a square base that neatly encloses the original, removable metal drip tray. Sourced from a private collection, this piece has been very well maintained throughout its history. It retains its authentic original finish, which has been cleaned and hand-waxed in our workshop to showcase its warm, mellow colour and soft patina. Stamped by the maker G. W.
