Neat French Chest Leather Drawers

This is a very attractive and unusual French chest of drawers dating from around 1900. The painted and gilded chest has four neat pull out drawers with bronze handles. The drawers themselves are lined with fabric and have lift up lids. This has a wellington chest design with the right hinged side opening to access the drawers (lock no longer present). This pretty chest measures 83cm tall and is just 52cm wide and 29cm deep, so quite petite. It is in good order throughout, all the fabric and leather clean and intact. A very unusual and rare piece with nice proportions.
