Description
This is a late 18th century (c.1790) Georgian oak chest of four graduated drawers. The chest stands on it's original shaped bracket feet and is constructed in solid oak through-out, including the drawer linings. The drawers are fitted with replacement brass oval pate handles.

condition
The chest is in good overall condition with a few minor marks and blemishes, commensurate with age and usage. There are a few faint marks on the drawer fronts where original handles would have been fitted.
