Oak Framed Arts & Crafts Armchair Carpet Upholstery c.1915

Love the angles and shapes this one creates… Sadly no maker's mark found on this wonderful chair yet. You have got to admire the design and construction on this Arts & Crafts armchair with these wide paddle arms and carpet upholstery, possibly Turkish, making it so attractive. Condition wise it sits well with no repairs, day to day wear, marks and nice aging and tone to the English oak. The carpet upholstery is worn in areas and a little frayed at the edges but usable or you could consider reupholstery which we could quote for, if you desire. The chair does recline a tad if you fancy a little snooze and the arms wide enough to hold a decent sized cup or a bottle of wine! A really super piece of English furniture. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item.
