Omega Wrist Watch Box 1940s Ladies Pigskin Leather Display Presentation Coffin Box

Original Omega ladies brown/tan pigskin wrist watch 'coffin' box. C~1940's. (Ladies Omega wrist watch shown is for display purposes only and Not included). Measures; 12.5cm (5") length, 4cm (1 1/2") width, 4.5cm (1 3/4") height. Still retains her original dark brown velvet cushion to the inside and amazingly the pigskin catch and press stud button to open/close the lid are perfectly intact as is the hinge on the opposite side - all operates correctly and in very good order.
