Description
Here we have a lovely vintage Sterling Silver Picture Frame, perfect for displaying a treasured photo or picture. It comes in a gift bag and would be a lovely present. It does have some dents to the frame.
It was imported by AB and it was hallmarked in London in 1985. The Hallmarks and makers mark are on the side of the frame. There are other international hallmarks as well which include 925 for Sterling Silver.
The Sterling Silver frame is oval shaped and can be placed on a desktop or table. The aperture measures 12.5cm by 8.3cm (just under 5 inches by 3 1/4 inches).
It has a glass cover and a blue material back. The material is discoloured with age and use and is worn in places. There are a number of dents to the silver frame which can be seen in the photos and this is reflected in the price.
The frame measures 14.8cm by 11cm (5 3/4 inches by 4 1/4 inches). The depth is 1.3cm (3/8 inch).
