Description
This is a pair of 19th century Staffordshire flatback houses, created between 1840 and 1860. The items are made of earthenware and feature hand-painted details typical of the Staffordshire pottery style. Each house has a flat back design, allowing for wall display. The overall condition reflects their age, with some minor wear consistent with use and time, eg surface cracks and a little damage to a few of the flowers, they stand 13cm high and 12cm wide thanks for looking
