These are a good pair of early 19th Century English Georgian antique pewter candlesticks of knopped baluster form, seated upon shallow dished round bases, and still retaining their original push-ejectors in good working order.
For similar examples, see Page 127, Figure 182, of Michaelis', "Old Domestic Base-Metal Candlesticks", where the author discusses the developments in style which evolved during this period.
