This is a pair of antique statue stands. An English, oak pedestal or torchere column, dating to the Edwardian period.
Perfect stands for presenting small busts or vases, displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order. Oak stocks show fine grain interest and deep russet hues. Gently tapered support with hollow atrium above a tiered plinth foot. Dressed beneath with a soft brown felt protective pad.
This is a charming pair of antique statue stands, with warm colour and quality craftsmanship. Delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
