Description
Very decorative pair of French Louis XVI style gilt open armchairs in a vintage Regency stripe embroidered silk, circa 1920.
The gilding is good throughout the two chairs and they are finished to the back, so you can freestand them in your living room if required.
Comfortable to sit in and the seat springs are good too, so if you were to keep the current upholstery, these are absolutely fine for daily use. But if you wanted to have them re upholstered, that is also fine too and I can assist you with that process...please get in touch to discuss.
Priced in their current vintage silk and as a pair of chairs.
