19th Century Georgian antique pair of sterling silver knife rests, with traditional cast Jack-style rest ends, and plain round central struts. Made by Rebecca Emes and Edward Barnard I and hallmarked in London in 1809.

In good antique condition commensurate with age and normal usage. The hallmark on one is legible considering its position on the narrow cross part but is well rubbed on the other one through polishing.
