Description
Pair of brass counter top hat-stands which came from a Millinery shop in England.
The two 6-arm hat-stands have reeded brass central stems and 2 rows of semi-circular brass arms for holding and displaying the hats and both are supported by a heavy cast-brass base. The arms are held in position by brass 'keepers' and can be disassembled.
