This fine set of antique Georgian sterling silver cutlery was made by Paul Storr and hallmarked in London 1813-1817. The set consists of : 12 Tablespoons, 12 Dinner Forks, 12 Dessert Forks 6 Dessert Spoons, 6 teaspoons The pieces are in very good condition and all have been made with a heavy gauge of silver. They are of Kings Double Shell and Laurel pattern which is extensive decoration to both the front and reverse sides. They are engraved with small armorials and scrolled initials. Paul Storr is regarded as the finest English silversmith of the 19th century and was silversmith to a succession of English kings and other royalty including European.
