A fine antique Georgian sterling silver dessert spoon made by Paul Storr and hallmarked in London 1817. It is in very good condition with no repair or damage. Of Kings Double Shell and Laurel pattern it is beautifully decorated on both sides and on the reverse the laurel leaves are double banked and then culminate in double shells at the bowl. Hallmarks are clearly struck and to the front there is an armorial with a Latin moto and scrolled initials. A lovely spoon made by the finest English silversmith of the 19th century.
