Pocket Watch: Antique 1920s Limit No 2 Pocket Watch

The watch has a 15-jewel Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Limit No 2 name. Hirst Brothers were founded in Oldham, UK in 1912. They imported Swiss watches and branded them with the brand name Limit, a name first registered in 1917. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover. The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and it is in lovely condition. The glass lens is in good condition. The signed dial is in lovely condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute track. The watch comes in a new presentation box.
